What type of painting does The Painting Group do?
- All types of interior painting as well as all of the leading cutting
edge faux finishes and Venetian plasters.
Can you help me with color selections and ideas?
- Absolutely, we provide all clients who have signed a contract to
have work done by The Painting Group with one complimentary color consultation.
If you decide to do a faux finish in your home we will do one custom
sample board based on the technique and colors you have selected.
Are estimates free?
- As always estimates and advice are free.
What kind of paint do you use?
- Our first paint of Choice is Benjamin Moore. We prefer their Super
Spec line of paints. But of course we always try to be accommodating
if our clients have a preference for another companies product.
We have decided to have The Painting Group do the work in our
home what is your usual lead time and how do we get on your schedule?
- Lead time vary based on how full our schedule is and the size of
your job. Smaller jobs are generally easier to fit in earlier in the
schedule and have shorter lead times, larger jobs usually have longer
lead times. While this is the general rule if a client has a specific
date that they would like to have the work completed by we will always
do our best to try to accommodate all of your needs. Most lead times
are usually one to several weeks out.
- Once you have decided to have The Painting Group do the work in your home we
require a signed contract and deposit to put you on our schedule and
guarantee your spot. The contract covers the scope of work to be done
in your home as well as the payment terms.
What are your payment terms?
- At the time of contract we require a 25% deposit with an additional
25% due upon the first day of work and the balance due upon completion
of the work.
What types of payment do you accept.
- We accept personal checks and cash. We can also accept credit and
debit / check cards with the Visa/MasterCard logo. We accept card
payments through Pay Pal so you know your transaction is always
secure.
